Because every cycle is different, your formulas will not necessarily run out at the same time. Your app keeps track so you don’t have to.
How long do refills last?
Built around your cycle — not an arbitrary subscription schedule.
Every woman’s cycle is different. Cycle length, phase length and daily dosage can vary, which means there is no single refill schedule that works for everyone.
Each phase runs out at a different rate. Your Luteal formula may be needed more frequently than your Ovulatory formula — which is exactly why 28FOUR will not use a fixed monthly subscription. The app helps you keep track and refill only the phase you need.

Working ingredients
A commonly used form of iron. Iron supports normal red blood-cell and haemoglobin formation and contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Included alongside iron because vitamin C increases iron absorption. It also supports normal immune function.
A carefully selected form of magnesium. Magnesium supports normal muscle and nervous-system function and contributes to reducing tiredness and fatigue.
An active form of vitamin B12. B12 supports normal red-blood-cell formation, energy metabolism and nervous-system function.

What is 28FOUR?
28FOUR is a four-phase cycle support system in development: four phase-specific food-supplement formulas in reusable glass bottles, guided by one connected app that tells you which formula to take, when your phase is changing and when a phase is running low.
Do I need to have a 28-day cycle?
No. Your cycle does not need to be exactly 28 days. Phase timing varies between people and between cycles, and the app adapts to the cycle information you record.
Is this a subscription?
No. The 28FOUR Starter System is planned as a one-time purchase, with individual phase refills bought only when you need them. There is no fixed monthly subscription.
Why do the four formulas run out at different times?
Phase length and daily dosage differ, so the formulas are not used at the same rate. Your Luteal formula may be needed more frequently than your Ovulatory formula. The app helps you keep track so you can refill only the phase you need.
When will 28FOUR launch?
Launch is planned for early 2027. Joining the launch list is how you will hear about development progress and first access.
When will payment be taken?
No payment is taken now and joining the launch list creates no obligation to purchase. Payment would only ever be taken if you choose to place an order once the product is available.
Is the app a fertility tracker?
No. The 28FOUR app is not a fertility monitor, contraceptive tool, medical device or diagnostic service. Phase timing is an estimate based on the cycle information you record.
Can I use 28FOUR while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Final product directions are not yet confirmed. If you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, please speak with your doctor, pharmacist or a qualified healthcare professional before taking any food supplement.
Can I use it with medication or other supplements?

What if I use hormonal contraception?
Hormonal contraception can change or suppress the natural cycle pattern, so phase-based guidance may be less relevant. We will publish clear guidance before launch, and we would encourage you to speak with your doctor or pharmacist about what is suitable for you.
Where will full ingredients, allergens and safety guidance be shown?
Ingredients shown on this website are working formulations published for transparency. Complete ingredient lists, forms, doses, allergen information and safety guidance will be published on the product pages once formulation, manufacturing and regulatory review are complete.
How will my cycle data be protected?
Cycle information is health-related data and will be treated as such. Nothing of that kind is collected by the launch-list signup. Before the app collects any cycle information, we will publish a dedicated privacy explanation describing exactly what is collected, why, and the explicit consent we will ask for.
