When you join the 28FOUR Launch List, the only information we require is your email address. We also record the date and time of your consent, the wording and version of the consent you agreed to, the page you joined from, the referring website, campaign source information and an anonymous session identifier, so we can understand where interest in 28FOUR comes from.

After you have joined, you may optionally share your first name, country, UK region or postcode, which phase you would most like to understand, which part of the system interests you, what you currently find difficult about your cycle, and how interested you are in purchasing the 28FOUR Starter System at its expected price. Every one of these is voluntary and you can skip them all.

We never collect menstrual symptoms, cycle dates or health information through the launch-list forms.

Your email address is used to send you 28FOUR launch news, product-development updates and first-access opportunities. Our lawful basis for that is your consent, which you give when you submit the form and can withdraw at any time.

Optional answers you choose to share are used to understand what future customers want from 28FOUR and to report aggregated interest to our investors. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in developing the product, and providing them is always optional.

Anonymous, aggregated campaign-attribution information is used to measure interest in 28FOUR and is never used to advertise to you on third-party platforms.

Joining the launch list is not a purchase, an order or a reservation. No payment or card information is requested or stored, and joining creates no obligation to buy anything. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your information is stored and processed using our hosting, database, email-delivery and privacy-safe analytics providers, who act as processors on our instructions. Some of these providers process information outside the United Kingdom; where they do, appropriate safeguards are used.

We keep reservation records only while they are needed for the early-access programme, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Marketing-consent records are kept until you withdraw consent or the programme ends.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Campaign attribution (such as the page you arrived from) is stored only in your own browser’s session storage and attached to your reservation if you choose to make one.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us at sophie@28four.co.uk. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection.

This service is intended for adults and is not directed at children.

The future 28four companion app will involve cycle and health-related information, which is a special category of personal data. Before any such information is collected, we will publish a separate, dedicated privacy explanation describing exactly what is collected, why, and the explicit consent we will ask for.
